The work was not missing another chat window.
The recurring problem was reconstruction: decisions in one place, commitments in another, tools acting on fragments, and the person leading the work still carrying the situation alone.
Henosis grew from building against that problem directly. The initiative explores how AI might carry the relevant situation around a person, project, or organization across time—and use it responsibly while preserving visible boundaries and human authority.
