05Future opportunities
Start with the problem.
Henosis is in private development. We welcome introductions about future roles and evaluations, research exchanges, and strategic conversations.
BoundaryBefore you write
Start with a conversation.
Henosis is not currently hiring, accepting applications for a specific role, operating a beta program, or soliciting volunteer work. If there is a real fit later, the next step will be defined clearly before any work begins.
Keep the first note non-confidential. Do not send proprietary ideas or methods, source code, datasets, credentials, medical or financial information, or work product. Do not perform or submit work unless a separate written agreement first covers scope, compensation, confidentiality, and IP. An introduction does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, contractor, advisory, partnership, agency, customer, or commercial relationship.
01Builders · product thinkers · designers
Future build roles
We want to know people who pair technical depth with product judgment and care about the human consequences of AI. Share public examples of work you are authorized to discuss and the problems you choose.
Future roles may open as Henosis develops. Introduce yourself now if you want to be considered when there is a concrete fit.02Founders · operators · high-context teams
Future evaluation interest
A useful early evaluation starts with one recurring workflow where missing context changes the answer. Describe the workflow at a high level and what an honest comparison would need to measure.
Selected private evaluations may open when the product, safeguards, and agreements are ready.03Researchers · evaluators · domain advisors
Research exchange
Relevant fields include memory, context engineering, human agency, cognitive systems, model evaluation, privacy, and governance. A strong introduction names the public claim or question you want to sharpen or challenge.
Some introductions may develop into a defined research or advisory engagement.04Operators · advisors · ecosystem partners
Strategic introductions
Henosis wants to meet experienced operators, advisors, and ecosystem partners whose judgment or network could strengthen the initial proof.
Early conversations may develop into future advisory, partnership, or commercial opportunities as Henosis develops.NextOne clear way in
