Who is responsible

Henosis Research is a working name operated by Makaia Childress, who is responsible for personal information collected through this site. Henosis Research is not currently a separate legal entity. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@henosisresearch.com.

What the website collects

The site provides no accounts, payments, advertising pixels, session replay, or non-essential analytics. It provides one optional email-address form for progress updates. OpenAI Sites hosts this website. Cloudflare helps deliver and secure it. These providers may process limited technical request data, security logs, and strictly necessary security cookies or signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

Contacting Henosis

Email links open your own email service. The Henosis contact inbox is managed by Makaia Childress. If you choose to write, the inbox receives the name, email address, organization or role, and message you provide. Keep the first note non-confidential. Do not send proprietary ideas or methods, source code, datasets, credentials, medical or financial information, or work product.

Requesting updates

If you submit the homepage form, Henosis keeps your email address, consent choice, and submission time to record your interest in occasional research progress, product development, and public announcements. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, including an IP address, browser details, request time, origin, and abuse signals, for security. Henosis does not store your IP address or browser details with the signup record. No email is sent when you submit, and the request is not a confirmed subscription. Contact messages are never added to the updates list, and future-opportunity introductions remain separate. You may withdraw the request at any time by writing to the privacy address.

Use, decisions, and marketing

Henosis uses messages to respond, evaluate relevance, prevent abuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Henosis does not use contact messages to train AI models, make solely automated decisions, add you to a marketing list, or sell them. The separate updates form relies on your consent, which you may withdraw by writing to the privacy address. Where a legal basis is required, responding to communications and protecting the site rely on legitimate interests, and required recordkeeping relies on applicable legal obligations. Future-opportunity retention relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention for future opportunities

A message is kept only while the conversation is active or reasonably needed for the purposes above. If you expressly answer yes when asked whether Henosis may retain an introduction for future opportunities, it may be kept for up to 12 months after the latest interaction. It is deleted sooner on request and after that period unless you renew your interest, an active conversation continues, or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Retention for updates

The active update request is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after submission, or sooner after a verified deletion request, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Cloudflare may temporarily retain recoverable copies under its applicable backup schedule. No outbound update mail, confirmation mail, welcome mail, optional open tracking, or click tracking is active now. Before any substantive update is sent, Henosis will identify the selected email provider and ask the address owner to confirm through double opt-in. Only an address that completes that confirmation may receive updates.

Providers and international processing

Information may be handled by Makaia Childress, OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, and the providers that process messages you choose to send. OpenAI Sites hosts this website. Cloudflare helps deliver and secure it, protects the updates form, temporarily stores update requests, and routes contact email. Google processes messages delivered to the Henosis inbox. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations described in their own privacy terms and safeguards. OpenAI's Sites data-processing addendum describes its transfer safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum where applicable, and its deletion and return terms. Cloudflare's privacy policy describes its processing and safeguards. Provider-controlled technical and recovery records follow provider retention terms and operational, security, or legal requirements. No email-marketing provider receives the update requests at this stage.

Your requests

Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw marketing consent, unsubscribe, or withdraw a request to be kept in mind. Email privacy@henosisresearch.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority where that right applies.

Accessibility and changes

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need this information in another format, email contact@henosisresearch.com and identify the page and issue. If analytics, non-essential cookies, or additional processors are added, this notice will identify them before or when they begin operating.
